岗位职责 / Responsibility 
Monthly and Quarterly and Yearly demand forecasting
- Work with ZVision’s Sales & Marketing leaders in China and also in other regions to plan for systems and parts unit forecast for the coming month, quarter and year accordingly;
- Analyze compiled data against historical consumption and align with ZVision’s quarterly and yearly revenue forecast;
- Communicate regularly (by weekly) with Sales & Marketing leaders in China and also in other regions / or other subsidiaries for updates on demand plans and ensure corporate team (like Customer Services, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, etc.) can support accordingly.
Data management, analysis and reporting
- Lead ZVision’s Sales related data management and reflect accurate Sales data in the system;
- Lead ZVision’s weekly order fulfillment calls and update latest shipment information;
- Monitor backlog and order fulfillment status to ensure revenue is recognized in a timely manner;
- Oversee sales opportunity / pipeline management for China and also in other regions / or other subsidiaries and reflect in the system;
- Create dashboards, sales analysis and reports on a quarterly basis (or other regular basis if necessary);
- Work closely with the ZVision finance team to ensure revenue recognition is done in a compliant way and reconcile revenue between opportunity pipeline and finance system.
OA and other Cloud (Salesforce and Oracle in the future if any) management & Others
- Lead ZVision Sales Operation team to maintain and enhance OA and other Cloud systems in the future;
- Regularly monitor and update Price Book (getting from Product and Marketing team) data in the system;
- Supports the assignment of sales force quotas and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.

职务要求/ Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 10+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing and Sales Operation related Org, with MNCs;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced MS (excel) skill;
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash process;
- Experience using SalesForce and Oracle / other ERP system preferred;
- Semiconductor, Automotive industry experience preferred;
- Comfortable working with remote team members;
- Strong and clear communication skills. Good English, both written and spoken required;
- Team player, execution focused, hands-on, positive high energy is a must;
- Ambitious, self-starter, self-motivated individual preferred.
